Rupam Sarmah Orchestrates Guinness World Record Event

Rupam Sarmah Composed, Directed, and Coordinated a masterful event that was a participant in the 56th GRAMMY AWARDS CELEBRATION. The achievement is memorialized in a short, yet vibrant, film entitled "A Musical Journey For World Peace". In creating this Magnum Opus for entry in the Best Music Film category during the 56th GRAMMY AWARDS show, Rupam and associates were rewarded with a GUINNESS WORLD RECORD accolade. This Rupam Sarmah musical work included over 500 musical participants from around the world; all of whom performed on the same stage, and at the same time. The effort is acclaimed to be the 'Biggest Symphony of its kind in the World'. Also, the musical piece featured the most number of unique instruments used in a musical composition. The "official" tally mentions 370 musicians, 315 unique instruments, and 106 vocalists; all of whom exhibited vibrant enthusiasm in response to Rupam's original creation and artistic direction.
