The new CD release by MONTY GUY entitled "Above The Clouds" (Por Encima De Las Nubes), has sparked interest in streaming some of its material during the upcoming 53rd GRAMMY® AWARDS celebration. The Recording Academy provides a worldwide streaming service to showcase GRAMMY® AWARDS Nominated Recordings released during its annual eligibility period. Material from Monty's previous CD "Exoteric Love" was selected to receive that honor during the spectacular 52nd GRAMMY® AWARDS extravaganza. As far as we know, says Monty, we were successful only at releasing the new CD "Above The Clouds" (Por Encima De Las Nubes) during the Recording Academy's eligibility period. Of course, being included in conversation about celebrating "music's biggest night" is wonderful, but the focus was to do a good job with new material. Naturally, we are encouraged by this surprise development, and will now submit a request to the Recording Academy to have the new CD "Above The Clouds" (Por Encima De Las Nubes) considered for inclusion in the thrilling 53rd GRAMMY® AWARDS nomination process. For the time being, we are concentrating on digital and physical distribution, supported by our friends and fans through websites and traditional 'brick and mortar' channels.
