The Best Pop Solo/Duo/Group categories show Adele, Bruno Mars, Pink, Katy Perry, Maroon 5 & Christina Aguilera, Tony Bennett & Amy Winehouse; include Coldplay, and The Black Keys. For Best Pop Instrumental, open your ears to Dave Koz, the eclectic Jenny Oaks Baker, the ever masterful Booker T Jones, Daniel Ho, the adventurous, yet versatile, Brian Setzer, and the ebullient Linda Chorney in the Americana genre category. The four R&B categories (Performance/Traditional Perf./Song/Album) feature Charlie Wilson (in great voice), Ledisi, Raphael Saadiq, Eric Benet, Kelly Price & Stokley, R. Kelly, with Cee Lo Green, and the return of El DeBarge. In Best Rap Performance, Wiz Khalifa, Lupe Fiasco, Nicki Minaj & Drake share the scene with Chris Brown/Lil Wayne/Busta Rhymes, and the Jay-Z/Kanye West duo. Whew.
