54th GRAMMY® AWARDS; New Sounds, New Friends, GRAMMY® Nominations

The Muses took me back to the studio last night after quite some time. Mom survived three major surgeries, so now we can get back in tune; so to speak. Friends, Supporters, and Fans stayed with me during the challenge with regular, frequent email contact and visits to my official website at www.montyguy.com. This display of sincerity helped keep my spirits "Above The Clouds". Thanks to you all for your concern, kindness, and loyalty. We've been listening to new music this 54th GRAMMY® AWARDS season. I've been digging more Latin melodies, voices, and orchestration. New artist/producer friends include Ryan Shore/movie scores, Diane Marino/fresh jazz vocals, Ruby Dee & The Snakehandlers/americana roots, Vernell Brown, Jr who asks "Do You Really Love Me"?, and acoustic guitarists Amir Beso and Cyril Pahinui. Engineer James Cravero and Steve Pullara are part of a children's album production that's "All about bullies...", and performing artist Miss Amy's childrens album is about "Fitness Rock and Roll". Arun Shenoy "The Violin Song" boldly introduces a unique perspective in rock/world fusion productions, while Icon Mick Jagger gathers no moss as he continues to influence and encourage new performing artists to have "Moves Like Jagger". Thus far, Ryan Shore, James Cravero, Linda Chorney (Americana genre), and Miss Amy have received word of a GRAMMY® nomination. Seems like we are in for some fresh new music ideas for the upcoming 54th GRAMMY® AWARDS celebration; with numerous performing artists, engineers, and producers developing new and exciting concepts in sound for our listening pleasure.
