Ciro's new album "Los Angeles Blues" blends influences from Peru to Los Angeles. He claims "Los Angeles Blues" as a favorite track on this new CD. As a youngster, his rite of passage trip to Cuzco in Peru inspired the song "Camino a Cuzco". Ciro incorporates the challenges, adventure, and opportunity of urban life in the USA in his compositions and energetic performances. He blends various Latin music styles like Yaravi/Triste, Zapateado, Festejo, and Bordoneo, among others; accentuating the cornucopia of styles comprising the Latin music genre. Ciro is in the thick of things for the 55th GRAMMY® Celebration.
